Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Studio 8 Twenty-Two, the operator of FemForge, regarding your use of the FemForge app and website at femforge.fit. By creating an account or using any part of FemForge you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms.

Description of Service

FemForge is a women's health and wellness app that provides personalized nutrition tracking and calorie guidance, AI-powered wellness coaching through Femi our AI coach, structured strength training plans with exercise demonstrations, hormonal health awareness and symptom-responsive coaching, and body measurement and progress tracking tools.

FemForge provides general wellness and nutrition information only. FemForge is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. The information provided by Femi and within the app is for general informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult your physician, nurse practitioner, or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, exercise program, or making changes to your health routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received through FemForge.

User Accounts

To use FemForge you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, maintain the security of your account password, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, and not share your account with any other person.

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: FemForge offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your free trial. At the end of your trial you will need to select a paid plan to continue using FemForge.

Paid Plans:

• Monthly Plan — $9.99 per month billed monthly
• Annual Plan — $79.99 billed once per year equivalent to $6.67 per month
• Lifetime Plan — $99.99 one-time payment available to founding members only

Billing: All web payments are processed securely by Stripe. In-app purchases made inside the FemForge app are processed by the App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize FemForge to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for monthly or annual plans until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at femforgeapp@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds: All sales are final except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us within 7 days of the charge at femforgeapp@gmail.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FemForge to:

• violate any applicable laws or regulations,
• impersonate any person or entity,
• upload or transmit any harmful or offensive content,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems,
• use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent,
• reverse engineer or decompile any part of the app, or
• use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app.

AI Coach — Femi

Femi is an AI-powered wellness coach designed to provide general nutrition and fitness guidance. You acknowledge that:

• Femi's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation,
• Femi does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare,
• you should use your own judgment when following any guidance provided by Femi,
• FemForge is not liable for any decisions you make based on Femi's responses, and
• conversations with Femi are stored to provide you with personalized coaching context.

Intellectual Property

All content within FemForge including the app design, text, graphics, logos, exercise demonstration videos, and software is the property of Studio 8 Twenty-Two or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in FemForge without our express written permission.

Exercise and Physical Activity

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. By using FemForge's workout and exercise features you acknowledge that you participate in physical activity at your own risk. FemForge recommends that you consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. FemForge is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health complication that may result from following exercise guidance provided within the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FemForge is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio 8 Twenty-Two and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of FemForge. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of FemForge shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio 8 Twenty-Two and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in any way connected with your use of FemForge or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to FemForge at any time with or without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of FemForge after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against FemForge you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at femforgeapp@gmail.com. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally you agree that any formal dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fort Bend County, Texas rather than in court except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio 8 Twenty-Two regarding your use of FemForge and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
