Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Age, height, and current weight entered during onboarding
• Hormonal status including whether you have a regular cycle, are on continuous birth control, are perimenopausal, menopausal, or on HRT
• Fitness goals, activity level, and equipment access
• Daily food logs including calorie and macro entries
• Exercise and workout session logs
• Body measurements including waist, hips, chest, arms, and thighs
• Weight entries logged at your discretion
• Water intake logs
• Messages and conversations with Femi our AI coach

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and session information
• IP address and general location data
• Browser type when accessing femforge.fit

Information we do NOT collect:

• Progress photos — we do not store, upload, or process any photos you take for progress tracking. These are saved to your personal device only.
• Payment card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your FemForge account
• Generate your personalized nutrition and fitness plan
• Power Femi's AI coaching responses with context about your goals, logs, and hormonal profile
• Track your progress over time and display charts and trends
• Send push notifications and email communications including check-in reminders and trial expiration notices
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Improve the FemForge app and user experience
• Respond to your support requests

Health and Wellness Data

FemForge collects health-related information including hormonal status, body measurements, weight, and nutrition data. This information is used solely to provide you with personalized wellness coaching through the app. We do not sell, share, or use this information for advertising purposes. FemForge provides general wellness and nutrition information only and is not a medical service. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical advice.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. All data is encrypted at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized systems only. We do not store payment information — all transactions are processed by Stripe. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AI Coach — Femi

FemForge uses Google Gemini through the Lovable AI Gateway to power Femi our AI coach. Your conversations with Femi and your logged health data are used to generate personalized responses within the app. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use your conversations with Femi to train AI models. Your health data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third Party Services

FemForge uses the following third party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway — AI coaching
• Stripe — payment processing on femforge.fit
• RevenueCat — in-app purchases made through the App Store or Google Play
• FatSecret — food nutrition database

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances: with service providers listed above who help us operate the app under strict data processing agreements, when required by law or court order, to protect the rights or safety of FemForge or its users, or in connection with a merger or acquisition in which case you will be notified.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the FemForge app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, logs, workout history, messages, and all other personal data. We complete the deletion within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law. If you purchased a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you may also need to cancel it in your store account settings.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the FemForge service. If you delete your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Children's Privacy

FemForge is designed for women aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice in the app. Your continued use of FemForge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
